Sign-in refused: verify your email address
Your email address was still not verified 30 days after your account was created, so NirmaanOne refuses sign-in and stops AI connections until you open a verification link.
Messages this explains
- “Verify your email address to sign in. We have sent a new verification link to <email>.”
- “Verify your email address to sign in. We could not send a new verification link right now; try again later.”
- “The user has not verified their email address; the connector works again once it is verified”
- “Please verify your email address <email> by <date>; after that you cannot sign in until you do.”
- “Verify by <date>; after that you cannot sign in until you do.”
Sign-in refused: verify your email address
What you see
On Sign in, after you enter the right email and password, a red message above the form:
- "Verify your email address to sign in. We have sent a new verification link to <email>."
- "Verify your email address to sign in. We could not send a new verification link right now; try again later."
If you were already signed in when the date passed, you are sent to the sign-in page with "Your session ended. Please sign in again." within about 15 minutes, and signing in then shows one of the messages above.
An AI assistant connected as you stops working and reports "The user has not verified their email address; the connector works again once it is verified". You do not need to connect it again.
Before the date, the amber banner at the top of every page warned you: "Please verify your email address <email> by <date>; after that you cannot sign in until you do.", and the Account card on My Profile said "Verify by <date>; after that you cannot sign in until you do."
Why it happens
NirmaanOne needs to know that your email address really is yours, because it is your sign-in name and the address password-reset links and notifications go to. You have 30 days from the day your account was created to open the link in the "Verify your email address" email. After that, sign-in is refused until you do.
Each refused sign-in sends you a fresh link, because a signed-out person has no other way to ask for one. The second message means that the email could not be sent at that moment.
People who joined by accepting an invitation never see this: opening the invitation link already proves the address. It mostly concerns the person who created the organization.
How to fix it
- Open the newest "Verify your email address" email and click its link. The Verify email page shows "Email verified". Check your spam folder if it isn't in your inbox. Each link lasts 24 hours.
- If you saw "We could not send a new verification link right now", wait a few minutes and sign in again to get a new link. If it keeps failing, email is not going out from NirmaanOne; see Email shows as logged or refused.
- Sign in again on Sign in.
- For an AI assistant, connect it again from the assistant once your email is verified.

The consent page an AI assistant sends you to when it asks to work in NirmaanOne on your behalf: see what it will be able to do, then allow or deny it.
- Cannot sign in: wrong password, pending invitation, deactivated account or a rejected codeTroubleshooting
The sign-in form, the two-factor step or a password form refuses you: what each message means, the rule behind it and how to get back in.
- Invitation, verification or password-reset link cannot be usedTroubleshooting
A link from an email opens a page that says it is incomplete, invalid, expired or already used: how long each kind of link lives, what makes it stop working and how to get a new one.
- Email shows as logged or refused: the mail server is not configured or rejected the messageTroubleshooting
Outgoing mail is sent through a mail server set up for the installation, not inside the app; while none is configured every email (document, campaign, workflow, invitation, verification) is only logged and reported as not delivered, and when the server refuses a message the recipient is marked failed; the person who runs the installation configures mail, then you resend.
- Connecting an AI app is refused: connectors are off, 2FA is missing or the request is invalidTroubleshooting
The consent page will not let you allow an AI assistant, an existing connection has stopped working, or the Revoke icon is greyed out: what each message means and who can fix it.
- User accounts: invitations, status and sign-inConcept
How a person gets an account (by invitation), the four user statuses and how they are derived, how long an invitation link lives, what happens at sign-in with and without two-factor authentication, how long a session lasts, and what deactivation does.
